My name is Dan Dunnum. I became a Christian; the real deal, born again in the Spring of 2009. My wife Pat and I have been married since February 2, 1991. It was a year after our first encounter real encounter at my friend Don’s birthday party. I have a son, Chris, and a daughter Caroline and three grandchildren, two girls and a boy. We are members of Ninevah Christian Church in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
I worked for an HVAC manufacturer in Lexington, KY for 36 years. I played guitar and I started riding motorcycles in the fifth grade. I retired on disability from most those things in 2015 due to some health issues.
I am now a man who loves to study God’s Word… the Holy Bible and an amateur photographer that loves taking photographs of God’s Creation.
What will you find on a Daily Walk in the Light
This blog will be a journal of sorts where I document my Bible studies. Up until now, I have done that on Facebook. Many, including my wife Pat, have encouraged me to make a blog, but due to issues related to a couple strokes, I felt a blog was out of reach. The thought of putting one together freaked me out. But Pat and I continued to pray about how I might better share my thoughts and photos of God’s creation. A few weeks ago, our friend Lauren Cooper approached us at Church and offered to build a blog for me, and set up the framework so I could post my writings and photos.
God is good… all the time… He makes a way…
